benuta wants the delivery service to be fast, flexible and totally hassel-free for you! Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
- Delivery will be made by UPS from Monday until Friday (except for holidays). Shipping time averages 2 to 3 days for shipments within Germany. We realize that you may not necessarily be home when your delivery arrives. While we strongly recommend you are present to accept your delivery in person, it is not mandatory. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
- Shipping and handling for up to 10 samples, would only amount to 9,90 EUR.
